What We Do

paul-lawrence associates was formed  to move the traditional, highly transactional one-off search process to one that is based upon a strategic relationship with our clients. What makes this process unique? 

All professional fees are capped at an agreed upon level.
 
All executive searches are built on a “pay-for-performance” basis.
 
All searches have a diversity component incorporated into the process.
 
All research generated during the search will be formatted and provided to the client for future candidate development.
  
All candidates are guaranteed for a minimum of 18 months. If the client chooses to utilize our assimilation program, the guarantee is two (2) years.
  
paul-lawrence associates has developed a "three-tier" process to executive search, which includes a more extensive research program at initiation; an early benchmarking of candidates; and an assimilation program to assist in the successful on-boarding of each new candidate.
