Practice Overview
paul-lawrence associates has a history of responding to client needs to recruit diverse talent. In 2002, the firm formally established a Diversity & Inclusion Practice and built an excellent foundation to deliver diversity in retained search, sourcing and other related services. Diversity & Inclusion are deeply embedded into our internal processes which ensures that our clients are presented with a slate of candidates that is truly representative of the diversity in the available talent market.
The Diversity & Inclusion practice works in concert with all other practice areas in the firm. We partner with our clients to ensure that diversity goals and objectives are achieved and exceeded throughout the talent acquisition and talent management process. We challenge and encourage clients to look beyond "tried and true" sources and measures for executives with the required skills and expertise. We work cooperatively with diversity officers to ensure that diversity goals are reflected in all aspects of the search work we perform for our clients. Additionally, we share our knowledge and experience with our clients by providing regular verbal and written briefings on the diversity-related successes and challenges we encounter.
