paul~lawrence associates Recruits Chief Operating Officer for Resource Systems, Inc.

October 24, 2008—(Cleveland, Ohio)—Executive search firm, paul~lawrence associates, has placed Robert J. Donelan as Director of Operations for Resource Systems, Inc. in New Concord, Ohio. Larry S. Imely and Paul C. Stefunek were the search consultants managing the assignment.

Mr. Donelan previously held the position of Controller at the Owens Corning multi-plant facility in Newark, Ohio where he was responsible for all finance, accounting, planning and business control functions for the facility which is the largest fiberglass manufacturing facility in the world. He was instrumental in making the facilities the "Plant of the Year", as well as causing the facility to gain the company-best management review score of 97 percent in 2007. Previously Robert worked as the controller for Corning in their research facility in Granville, Ohio. Prior to that, Robert worked in various positions for Pilkington Glass including financial analyst, Controller and Division Controller.

Resource Systems, Inc. located in New Concord, Ohio, was founded in 1980 with the mission to provide data processing services for small to medium sized businesses in southeastern Ohio. Within two years, Resource Systems began specializing in the development of automation systems for nursing homes. Resource Systems has stayed on the edge of the industry with CareTracker, which allows facilities to accurately track ADLs and other assessments to help facilities design care plans resulting in higher reimbursement and a higher quality of care level to residents.
