paul-lawrence associates Recruits Vice President and Bank Controller for Johnson Bank
January 12, 2009 – (Cleveland, Ohio)—Executive search firm, paul-lawrence associates, has placed Roger Reiling as Vice President and Bank Controller for Johnson Bank in Racine, Wisconsin. Larry S. Imely and Hank C. Deaver were the search consultants managing the assignment.
Mr. Reiling previously held the position of Senior Vice President-Finance for AMCORE Financial Inc. in Rockford, IL where he was directly responsible for internal management reporting, budgeting, product profitability and customer profitability for all lines of business. During his tenure there he was also the Chairman of the capital expenditure committee and a member of several other internal committees. Mr. Reiling also previously held the position of Vice President and Manager-Loan Review for AMCORE Financial Inc. Prior to AMCORE, Roger worked as an Assistant Examiner-Division of Supervision for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in Chicago, Illinois.
